Your 100-Day Health & Wellness Challenge Goal: To achieve a holistic transformation in physical, mental, and personal well-being over 100 days, building sustainable habits and inspiring others through consistent action and accountability.

The Daily Commitments (The Core Pillars of Project 100)

Dual Workouts: You'll complete at least two workouts per day. Workout 1: This must be an outdoor physical activity. such as walking, running, hiking, outdoor yoga or an outdoor sport. Workout 2 : A second physical activity that can be done either indoors or outdoors. Workouts must be minimum 15 minutes.

Hydration Mastery: Consume one gallon of water daily. A measured water bottle or a tracking app can help you stay on target.

Mindful Reflection: Spend five minutes daily journaling. You can reflect on your thoughts, feelings, gratitude, daily wins or challenges.

Continuous Learning: Read 10 pages of a nonfiction book daily. Choose books that promote personal growth, health, learning, or a new skill.

Targeted Supplementation: Consistently take a pre-selected, sustainable supplement every day. This could be a daily multivitamin, cold plunge, collagen, or peptides and it should align with your health goals and be sustainable for the entire 100 days.

Alcohol-Free Living: You will have zero alcohol consumption for the entire 100 days.

Accountability & Inspiration: Post daily updates on one chosen social media channel or send to loved ones to track your progress and inspire others.

BreathWork: One minute a day focusing on your breath. try new breathwork techniques to reduce stress.

Follow a Nutrition Plan: Clean whole foods are your goal.

Write down your goals for the 100 days, what workouts you're doing, what supplements you're taking, what books your going to read. This will help you stay on track and accountable. Share with your loved ones so they can support you. #project100 #lamareastudios
